Admin Executive
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the full spectrum of office management including printing room, stationery/printing needs/uniform/pantry procurement, service arrangement and reception duties.
- Co-ordinate with outlets on operational needs and ensure timely dispatch of orders.
- Attend to all printing needs, uniform and stationery requisitions.
- Attend to all office equipment repairs and service reports matching.
- Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, issuing letters, compiling reports and license lamination.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Admin. Manager.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business/Administration.
- Relevant experience in a secretarial or administrative role preferred.
- Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to liaise with business associates.
- Ability to type in Chinese will be an added advantage.
- Good organisational skills and communication skills.
- A team player able to interact with all levels of staff.
- Cheerful personality with can-do spirit.
- Proficient in multiple MS Office applications such as Excel and Powerpoint.
- Singaporeans only.
