Admin Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of office management including printing room, stationery/printing needs/uniform/pantry procurement, service arrangement and reception duties.
  • Co-ordinate with outlets on operational needs and ensure timely dispatch of orders.
  • Attend to all printing needs, uniform and stationery requisitions.
  • Attend to all office equipment repairs and service reports matching.
  • Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, issuing letters, compiling reports and license lamination.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Admin. Manager.


Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business/Administration.
  • Relevant experience in a secretarial or administrative role preferred.
  • Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to liaise with business associates.
  • Ability to type in Chinese will be an added advantage.
  • Good organisational skills and communication skills.
  • A team player able to interact with all levels of staff.
  • Cheerful personality with can-do spirit.
  • Proficient in multiple MS Office applications such as Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Singaporeans only.
