Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall operations of a supermarket.
- Supervise and lead so as to build a team committed in achieving targeted sales and profits for the branch.
- Train, coach and develop staff to ensure high standards of customer service and housekeeping maintenance.
- Conduct periodic stock-take, inventory control and security checks etc.
- Communicate and educate the staff on workplace safety and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with Company and industry policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in supermarket operations.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Pro-active and excellent customer management skills.
- Singaporeans only.
