Branch Manager

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall operations of a supermarket.
  • Supervise and lead so as to build a team committed in achieving targeted sales and profits for the branch.
  • Train, coach and develop staff to ensure high standards of customer service and housekeeping maintenance.
  • Conduct periodic stock-take, inventory control and security checks etc.
  • Communicate and educate the staff on workplace safety and compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with Company and industry policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in supermarket operations.
  • Good leadership and communication skills.
  • Pro-active and excellent customer management skills.
  • Singaporeans only.
