Job Description
- Provide 1st level IT technical support to end-users.
- Assist end uses to resolve 1st level requests related to hardware, software and network issues.
- Ensure meeting users’ expectation by providing efficient and timely support.
- Provide regular feedback, updates and recommendations for improvement to Team Leader.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies & procedures at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum ITE or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
- Fresh graduate are welcome, training will be provided.
- Possess basic knowledge of Hardware/Software and Operating Systems.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Positive work attitude, reliable and responsible personality.
- Ability to communicate and work well within a team environment
- Class 3 driving license preferred.
- Singaporeans only.
