IT Support Assistant

Job Description

  • Provide 1st level IT technical support to end-users.
  • Assist end uses to resolve 1st level requests related to hardware, software and network issues.
  • Ensure meeting users’ expectation by providing efficient and timely support.
  • Provide regular feedback, updates and recommendations for improvement to Team Leader.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies & procedures at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum ITE or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome, training will be provided.
  • Possess basic knowledge of Hardware/Software and Operating Systems.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Positive work attitude, reliable and responsible personality.
  • Ability to communicate and work well within a team environment
  • Class 3 driving license preferred.
  • Singaporeans only.
