Retail Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Able to set up and perform entire functions of different departments.
• Perform daily store opening and closing.
• Able to handle cashiering duties efficiently.
• Attend to customers' enquiries and handle feedback when necessary.
• Manage a team of Retail Assistants to provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant retail experience, preferably from supermarket background.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong supervisory skills and ability to manage a team.
• Passionate about customer service and retail sector.
• Able to multi-task and work independently.
• Singaporeans only.
